In April, we shipped Dodo Payments as a new payment provider, joining Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal, and it works with recurring meetings too. Coaches and consultants can now cap a package limit by number of bookings instead of duration.

You can now set up "Send emails from your domain" once for your entire workspace, replacing the old per-host setup. We also added audit logs for all integration changes, free/busy sync for iCloud calendars, and a cleaner permissions page with tooltips and a dedicated Google Tag Manager role. In April, we launched two notable additions for NeetoRecord. Users can now switch from camera + screen to full-screen camera mid-recording, perfect for intros and wrap-ups without stopping. We added commenting on recording features and added controls for who can set who can view, post, or react globally or per recording.

NeetoRecord API response is now richer (tags as objects with id/name/style, plus previously missing fields), repeat edits now run against the original recording to avoid quality loss, and the public watch-page login flow now shows confirmation messages and avatar dropdowns. We enabled moving tickets to another workspace, which is handy for cross-team handoffs. Global search now reaches into ticket descriptions and cc'd addresses, not just titles, so users find what they need faster.

Email reliability got a serious bump with full thread sync for Gmail and Outlook, automatic retries on temporary failures, and admin notifications when outbound emails fail. We also split report permissions into assigned vs. all-ticket access for finer-grained control, and fixed ticket-listing timeouts for large organizations by optimizing queries and using eager loading. We tightened role-based chat visibility. Agents with "own chats" access now see only their assigned conversations, consistently across all chat views. Conversations can now link to multiple GitHub issues, which is useful when one customer thread touches several bugs at once.

Business hours now respect the timezone you've set, so away messages reflect real working hours wherever the team works. We also fixed webhooks to fire reliably at the end of automation rule execution (including edge cases), and the widget is now faster and more reliable, with smoother handling when things don't load as expected. March's NeetoCal updates focused on expanding payment options, improving multi-host workflows, and refining booking, automations, and integrations. Highlights include PayPal as a new payment provider, upfront payments for recurring meetings, and minimum/maximum booking limits for recurring meetings. The timezone picker on booking pages now supports transliteration, and recurring booking slot messages have been improved with cleaner unavailability messages and a new Remove Slot option.

NeetoRecord shipped a packed March release, led by a new comments system that lets team members and external viewers leave emoji reactions, edit inline, and copy direct links to specific timestamps on any recording. Background noise removal now eliminates fans, keyboards, and ambient sound post-recording for a cleaner, more professional output. The update also added webhook events for Video created and Transcript generated, a new public API endpoint to list recordings, and full MCP server support that lets AI agents like Claude and Cursor programmatically interact with recordings, transcripts, folders, tags, and analytics. The share pane was revamped with timestamp-specific sharing, autoplay/muted playback options, and QR code generation, while the download experience now shows progress toasters with cancellation and navigation warning.

NeetoDesk shipped a consumer portal for ticket management in March — customers can now log in via a secure link to view, reply to, close, and create tickets. Automation rules gained execution delay support and a new auto-block spam senders action. Agents can now apply canned responses while creating new tickets. On the integration side, Google Sheets configuration got cleaner, Slack sync formatting improved, and GitHub integration reliability was strengthened.

NeetoChat added ticket export from the admin panel, account managers for customers, automation rules for routing and new form question types (address and opinion scale). The chat widget now shows a pop-up message preview when agents reply, and real-time messaging reliability was improved with enhanced WebSocket reconnection logic. Bug fixes addressed widget load timeouts, Slack sync issues, and email notification correctness.

February's NeetoCal updates were focused on tightening existing behaviour rather than shipping big new features. Highlights include full column sorting on the bookings page, ordered webhook payloads, and the ability to approve or reject meetings directly from email without logging in. Routing forms now support a description field, and round robin slot generation logic was improved to respect start time increments accurately across hosts.

We also added a video link column and filter to the bookings page, fixed buffer time handling across multiple scheduling links, and improved webhook workflows with time-based triggers and a new "Send webhook" automation action. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord's biggest February additions are Request Recording — you can receive video submissions from customers or teammates — and tags for recordings for better organization of your recordings. The watch page got a full visual revamp with a new black background and redesigned player controls, and the desktop app now records natively in MP4 for better cross-platform compatibility.

On the reliability side, the team fixed playback stuttering, a broken play button on mobile, corrupted custom-sized videos, and transcript regeneration issues. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoForm shipped cleaner webhook payloads in February — file uploads, payments, and product lists now return simpler, flatter data structures that are easier to pipe into Make, n8n, or Zapier. UTM campaign source is now captured on embedded form submissions, and exported CSV/Excel files now respect active filters.

Conditional logic also got meaningfully smarter, now supporting dependent rules for multi-step branching and cascading logic chains. Bug fixes addressed doubled score calculations, Razorpay/Stripe connection errors, and a form transfer issue that previously only migrated the most recent submission. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk introduced two notable new features in February: account managers for customers — with a matching automation rule to auto-assign tickets — and a Google Sheets integration that continuously syncs tickets with configurable field selection. A new group notification automation action rounds out the additions.

On the reliability front, the team fixed Google email import gaps (now with full pagination and deduplication), added automatic SMTP retry for transient send failures, and resolved a Microsoft OAuth identity issue. The ticket merge experience was also cleaned up with clearer primary ticket labelling and better error handling.

NeetoChat now integrates directly with NeetoDesk webforms inside the chat widget, making it easier to collect structured support requests through chat. Slack sync performance was significantly improved for older conversations, and background workflow jobs were migrated to Sidekiq for better reliability and observability.

Key bug fixes addressed message delivery failures caused by connections not being fully ready before sending, duplicate message recording on new conversation creation, and several Slack reply attribution issues where agent messages were incorrectly assigned to customers.

We rolled out key features like workspace-level Google Sheets integration, admin panel email notifications, SMS reminder questions, multiple meeting durations, and improved reporting columns.

NeetoRecord now brings a smoother experience with an improved recording countdown, clearer error messages, chapter copying, UI tweaks, and better performance on low-resource desktops. NeetoChat introduced teammate tagging in replies and added the ability to toggle activity log visibility for a cleaner chat view. We improved Slack reply attribution, refined visitor tracking logic, and fixed several bugs — including issues with canned responses, logo uploads, email syncing, and Slack notifications — all contributing to a smoother and more reliable support experience. Last month, we launched NeetoCal V2 on Product Hunt and were proud to secure the #3 spot, all thanks to your incredible support. Since our initial launch two years ago, a lot has changed. Today, NeetoCal facilitates around 30,000 bookings each month and processes over USD 90,000 monthly. We've introduced new features, welcomed more users, and received even more love from the community.

The problem is that we were using the wrong tool. https:/whatismybrowser is meant to check if the browser is up to date or not. But that's not what we want.

What we want is for them to copy the unique URL which is presented in small font. This required a lot of work from our side. First we will ask them to go to whatismybrowser and then we'll send instructions regarding where to click.

Another issue was that privacy-conscious users were not comfortable allowing their browser information to a 3rd party site.

So we decided to build a tool that caters to our needs. We built https://knowmybrowser.com. It gets us the browser information and no data is shared with the server. All the data is in the url itself. Give it a try.

NeetoDesk focused mainly on bug fixes this milestone. Refined spam handling by relaxing restrictions on no-reply emails. Multiple bug fixes improved bulk import compatibility, sidebar consistency, and ticket field editing. Outlook webhook handling and email processing for blocked customers were also resolved.

NeetoChat introduced granular access control with dedicated report management roles. Messages now have editing time restrictions for better accountability, and message URLs are significantly shorter. Several bug fixes were also done in this milestone.

NeetoPlanner added project folders for better organization and refreshed the Docs interface. The Messages section was renamed to Announcements, and archived projects are now fully accessible. Real-time sync improvements cover task comments and multi-tab usage, while tasks maintain their order when marked as done.

NeetoPublish added subscription sections to author pages for consistency across all blog pages. The EUI header now displays logos when set, falling back to blog names when unavailable. Default thumbnail support ensures posts always have visual elements. And more were added.

NeetoDeploy launched a new onboarding flow that automatically detects build dependencies for Rails and Next.js apps. Native pnpm support and a rewritten Procfile buildpack eliminate manual configuration.

The migration from Kpack to Pack CLI is complete, removing Paketo server dependency and retiring the legacy Heroku build system. Grafana alerts now monitor disk usage at 80% to prevent storage issues.

NeetoEngage now auto-scrolls to newly added sections in board view and offers fully customizable status update emails. A new integrated dashboard manages feature request tags, while separate "Feature Requests" and "Product Roadmap" sections provide list and board views respectively. NeetoKB now includes two new themes—Horizon and Elevate. We’ve added clearer indicators for private categories, a keyboard shortcut for folder creation, and small UI improvements like hiding article counts in empty folders. These and a few bugs were fixed in NeetoKB.

NeetoChat focused mainly on bug fixes this milestone. We trimmed rich text inputs using NeetoEditor and resolved issues with sidebar filter counts, customer block dialogs, ticket status handling, and Slack article links.

Additional fixes addressed mailer errors, duplicate visitors, widget behaviour, and Safari 17 rendering issue.

NeetoPlanner introduced real-time updates in the Board view and Task details pane, along with a new notifications sidebar for Activities and Mentions.

Additionally, custom domain support was added to email links for consistent branding, and outgoing emails now use the blog name as the display name instead of "NeetoPublish" to enhance recognition.

NeetoDeploy now has support for SQLite and PostgreSQL 16, improved Kpack build pods with volume mounts, and has begun migrating to Pack CLI for greater control and flexibility.

A custom cost model was introduced for usage-based billing, deprecated code was cleaned up, and work began on streamlining onboarding for Rails and Next.js apps.

NeetoEngage now supports tagging feature requests for easier organization and filtering, offers live preview for customization changes to see updates instantly, and includes updated default feature request sections with clearer categories for better tracking.

NeetoCal now offers smarter reports, easier scheduling, and flexible payments. Track booking and revenue trends with delta numbers, set a main host for multi-host meetings, and quickly update video links with a more accessible menu. You can also now add private notes to one-time links, hide the hour format picker, offer multiple payment options at checkout, and more were added to NeetoCal.

NeetoRecord now includes a volume graph in the editor, making it easier to identify sections with audio or silence for more precise editing. The desktop app now supports disabling camera mirroring and selecting custom-sized recording areas.

On the web, the editor has been improved with better sliders, default fit-to-screen width, and reduced scrolling. You can also copy video links starting from a specific timestamp. Several issues were resolved in the M37 milestone.

NeetoForm now offers greater flexibility with support for workspace-level webhooks and improved redirect options that let you pass query parameters. You can also enable both response limit and a close date on forms, something that was previously restricted to one at a time.

On the performance side, we’ve made the submissions page faster and cleaner. Bug fixes include fixes to issues with Stripe redirect URLs, thank you message configurations, duplicate submissions, and more. Check out all the updates in detail here.

NeetoDesk now supports DKIM-verified domains, enabling ticket emails to be sent from your own domain. Other enhancements include improved attachment handling during bulk ticket migrations, smarter customer search, and tracking the original sender on forwarded emails. And much more was covered in NeetoDesk.

NeetoKB now offers cleaner search tracking, global search across all categories, and better file upload handling with new size limit checks. Draft categories are more visible in the editor, and archived articles have a dedicated section for easier access.

Bug fixes in M37 address issues with draft deletions, sidebar visibility, and article titles disappearing when switching categories.

NeetoChat focused mainly on bug fixes this milestone. Issues with visitor IP tracking, email delivery for deleted workspaces, online status tracking, and widget errors for NeetoBot-assigned conversations were all resolved to improve platform reliability.

NeetoPlanner now makes task management even smoother. You can clone tasks for quicker setup, outgoing emails are now grouped by task, chat, or document for better context, and now you can open tasks in a new tab using Cmd + Click.

Several bugs were fixed, including issues with notifications and task redirection. Read more in detail on NeetoPlanner's M37 milestone blog.

NeetoWireframe got a visual refresh with updates to the Properties panel, elements, and Outliner for a cleaner, more consistent experience. New projects now open with the Elements tab by default to help you get started faster. These and a few bugs were fixed in NeetoWireframe.

Anchor links can now be added to blog post headers, making it easier to share and navigate to specific sections. Old URLs automatically redirect after slug changes, so readers won’t hit 404s. We also updated the default page title to include the blog name instead of the generic "NeetoPublish." These updates are now live in NeetoPublish.

The team made solid progress in the last milestone, with a major revamp of the billing and invoicing module. We moved from Kubecost to OpenCost and began building custom modules to support AWS service charges and pricing logic. Monthly invoices for admins are on the way.

We also fixed the long-standing client IP issue on custom domains by enabling Proxy Protocol ensuring real client IPs now pass through correctly.

NeetoCI saw big improvements: Kubernetes was upgraded to 1.31, CLI bugs were fixed, and we switched to Kube Proxy for faster performance. Stability has improved significantly.

The Slug Compiler was refactored for more reliable builds and accurate status updates. And we wrapped up the Cloudwatch migration with cleaner logs and improved security.

NeetoCal now lets you attach a RefID to scheduling links, making it easier to carry forward context like lead source or notes into meetings. You can also change the meeting location or video link after a session is booked, with automatic notifications sent to all participants. Language support on client-facing pages has been added, additional guests are now included in calendar events, and more updates were added in NeetoCal.

NeetoRecord now features improved camera settings, automatic updates, and one-step video upload with local saving. Users nearing limits see billing links, pending uploads show durations, and audio input is louder.

Recordings can be shared from timestamps, moved to folders, and edited with better trimming, playback controls, and unsaved edit warnings. These and several bugs were also fixed in NeetoRecord.

NeetoForm now runs faster and more reliably with improved transactions and database operations. Enhanced invitation capabilities let you invite more users directly from the invitations pane, and post-submission redirects can optionally include submitted data as URL parameters for added flexibility.

On the bug-fixing front, we resolved issues with embedded form previews, filtering submissions by custom date fields, and rare timeout errors during bulk deletions and much more. Check the updates in detail here.

NeetoDesk now supports custom domains, so all URLs and emails reflect your brand. A new GitHub rule auto-tags tickets linked to issues, easing dev collaboration. Ticket APIs and a few UI improvements were made, and a large ticket migration (~90k tickets) was successfully completed, showing system reliability. And much more was covered in NeetoDesk.

NeetoKB got a more intuitive tree-view for managing categories. The theme editor UI has been improved, backend indexing boosted performance, draft article previews are now shareable via link, and a few bugs were fixed in the M36 milestone.

NeetoChat focused on stability and error handling this milestone. Backend cleanups using ActiveRecord Doctor, improved Honeybadger logging, and fixes to chat assignments and online status logic all make the platform more reliable. A few small but important bugs were also fixed.

NeetoPlanner added more flexibility for managing and sharing tasks. You can now copy task links directly from the board view, open them in a new tab, and upload files up to 100MB. GitHub integration is now simpler to set up. Several minor bugs related to task filtering and activity feed navigation were also resolved in NeetoPlanner.

NeetoDeploy now offers static IP support for custom domains, making it easier to connect apex domains. The logging system was upgraded to CloudWatch, improving both real-time and historical log handling. You can also now allow external access to Postgres addons, and Playwright tests triggered via NeetoCI run faster and more reliably.

NeetoEngage added more control over your public changelog page’s appearance and functionality. You can now show or hide your logo and product name, add custom navigation links, and enable visitors to search updates. The new one-click publishing also speeds up pushing out updates. NeetoPublish now lets you credit multiple authors on a blog post, which is great for team-written content. Publishing is also faster with a one-click flow, and post dates will now follow your profile’s preferred format. More details are here.

Being in control of who can access your meetings is essential—especially for private sessions and other sensitive meetings. Well, NeetoCal now allows you to protect your scheduling links with a password, so only the right people can view and book through your link. You can now show the meeting location only after a booking is done.

Admins can now view and update the availability of all team members. You can now assign a color to each scheduling link, making it easy to visually differentiate between different meetings. And more were added in NeetoCal.

NeetoRecord now lets you turn views into action with clickable CTAs—add customizable buttons linking to anything, control when they appear, and choose their position and theme. The share page UI has been completely revamped, offering improved accessibility and a more polished aesthetic, and more were added in NeetoRecord.

NeetoDesk now features smarter email handling with enhanced duplicate checks, fewer CC-related emails, and improved subject matching for non-English reply prefixes. You can now set a default mailbox and switch between defaults as needed.

Custom support emails added to mailboxes are now auto-verified when we receive ticket action events from them. These and a few bug fixes were done in NeetoDesk.

Improved the category display logic. Fixed bulk URL deletion error on the report page. Fixed duplicate attachments issue when renaming files in articles and a few more fixes were done in NeetoKB.

NeetoChat now auto-creates a default rule to send messages to Slack when a new integration is set up. Improved UI for "replied via email" messages to enhance readability. We have also fixed formatting issues in notes with mentions sent via Slack, and a bug was fixed in NeetoChat.

We’ve refined the experience of adding a new project and have added as option to convert checklist items into tasks. Now, you can easily open tasks in a new tab by holding cmd and clicking the task title, without needing to go back after performing actions.

A few bug fixes, including issues with the activity log, comment link copying, and the upload files modal, were done in the M35 milestone.

The NeetoDeploy team has made significant progress, including completing a Kubecost proof of concept to enhance metered billing within our Kubernetes cluster. NeetoCI now supports one-time compute tasks without GitHub integration, starting with Playwright tests in NeetoPlaydash.

The team also resolved intermittent 5xx errors on NeetoDeploy related to CertManager and successfully migrated core components of NeetoDeploy from Heroku to our native environment, making the platform fully self-hosted.

Additionally, the team has made progress in migrating our log system from Loki/S3 to AWS CloudWatch. While live log migration is complete, we’ve encountered a limitation with CloudWatch’s live stream functionality and are working on a solution while continuing the migration of historical logs. The changelog dashboard now includes an option to preview the embedded widget, simplifying the review process for users. Users are automatically redirected to their newly submitted feature request for immediate viewing and management. Additionally, section descriptions can now be added for better clarity, and a few bugs have been fixed in NeetoEngage.

You can now view and restore previous versions of blog posts, making it easier to track changes and update content when needed. The last milestone included performance optimizations, including improvements to database indexing that speed up queries, reduce lookup times, and enhance data retrieval, resulting in better overall performance.
