Emoji reactions on recordings, each pinned to the moment it was made and shown as a marker on the progress bar.
Chapters now appear as sections on the progress bar, with the title, time and a preview frame on hover.
A redesigned public watch page with a cleaner header, a collapsible sidebar and a theatre mode.
Titles are generated from the opening audio while the recording uploads, so share links carry the real title from the start.
The desktop app uses memory more carefully during long captures, and reports the actual reason when a recording ends early.

Out-of-office and automatic replies no longer become tickets; they go to spam unless they belong to an existing ticket conversation.
Manage custom ticket fields through the API, including creating a dropdown field with all of its options in one request.
Import your support history through the API, keeping the original dates so SLA and resolution-time reports stay accurate.
Moving to the next or previous ticket is faster on large views and no longer times out.
Customer replies whose subject differs only by a prefix such as Re: or Fwd: now join the existing ticket instead of creating a new one.

Bulleted and numbered lists in chat messages now show up as proper lists in Slack notifications.
The recent-activity email sent to conversation followers now includes replies written by AI Assistant.
Fixed several cases where a visitor could not start a chat from the widget, including in Safari private browsing.
